Job Description:

Lo Home by Lauren Haskell Designs is seeking a motivated, positive, detail-oriented person to join our growing team. This position of Storefront Manager is a key part of our strategy to add a physical retail location to our existing e-commerce business. Job responsibilities include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service

  • Coach, motivate, discipline staff when necessary

  • Recruit and train new staff

  • Maintain excellent storefront presentation and aesthetic including outdoor areas and windows

  • Create and maintain attractive and functional merchandising displays

  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and analytics

  • Develop and maintain staff schedules for storefront coverage

  • Excellent team management and communication skills

  • Maintain proper inventory and supply levels

  • Promote and generate in-store sales

  • Assist in organizing and implementing in-store promotions and events

  • Perform other tasks to support e-commerce and marketing efforts

  • Comfortable creating social media promotional content

  • Must work well in a group setting.

  • Must be proficient in computer skills and willing to learn and master sales software.

  • Must be flexible in job duties and day-to-day tasks.

  • Independently motivated with a  positive attitude. Must present themselves with a clean and hygienic aesthetic and wear professional attire. Organized. Comfortable with learning computer and sales software and analyzing and presenting sales data. Must be available some Saturdays. 

Physical Requirements:

This position requires regular walking, standing and reaching overhead, and occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Associates must be able to comfortably lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and work on a step-ladder or ladder up to 12 feet with a light load.

Education:

High School Diploma/ GED

Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.

Experience with retail sales and merchandising is strongly preferred.

Packing and Warehousing Manager

Job Description:

Lo Home by Lauren Haskell Designs is seeking a motivated, positive person to join our growing team. This position of Packing & Warehousing Manager is responsible for order fulfillment for all e-commerce and in-store sales shipped to customers; inventory organization and management; and leading a team. Job responsibilities include:

  • Work with studio manager to ensure order fulfillment in a timely manner

  • Ensure orders arrive to customers undamaged and accurately

  • Ensure quality standards for products prior to order fulfillment

  • Organize schedules and shifts for warehouse associates

  • Train new team members on the picking/packing process

  • Maintain a clean, organized, efficient, and safe working environment

  • Work with studio manager to maintain appropriate inventory of packing/warehousing inventory

  • Must be proficient in computer skills and willing to learn and master order fulfillment software.

  • Stock and organize inventory/supplies on a daily basis

  • Help recruit, train, coach, and motivate team

  • Pick and pack orders according to Lo Home protocol

  • International shipping management

Order Fulfillment and Warehousing Associate

$12 - $15/hr based on experience

Job Description:

Lo Home by Lauren Haskell Designs is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and hard-working order fulfillment and warehousing associates. These positions have growth potential for leadership and/or experience in other aspects of the company including retail operations, warehousing and materials operations, and workflow management, as well as potential to transition to a full-time position with benefits. Order fulfillment and warehousing associates are responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products and materials.

Essential Functions:

This position requires regular walking, standing and reaching overhead, and occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Associates must be able to comfortably lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Associates must be able to process and pack materials in a time-efficient manner and meet quality standards. Must be able to keep a neat and tidy work station, work well independently and in a group setting, and follow all safety and security guidelines. This position requires good written and verbal communication skills, basic math functions, and basic computing skills.

High School Diploma/ GED preferred.
